Q. Do you do a cake tasting consultation?

 A. Yes, we are known for great taste and over 20 flavors to choose from. Consultations are FREE and by appointment only. 

Q. How many people can attend the tasting?

A.Tastings are done for up to 4 people. There will be a charge of $10.00 per person for more than 4 attendees.

Q. Why is  my fondant better?

A. I take the time and effort to make my own tasty fondant. The cake is ice with buttercream before I cover it with a thin layer of fondant. That way you get the beauty of fondant and the great taste of buttercream.

Q. Can I choose more than one flavor?

A. Yes, each tier can be a different flavor. Just remember that your guest may want to try more than one slice of cake.

Q. How much do cakes cost?

A. Pricing will depend on size, amount of detail, type of cake and design research. I will be happy to give you a quote for your cake. 

Q. What is the cake deposit requirement ?

A. To secure and confirm a wedding cake order a $85.00 non-refundable deposit and contract is required. The remaining balance must be received 2 weeks before the delivery date. For other cake orders a 50% non-refundable deposit is require at the time of the order and the balance due 2 weeks before the event.  

Q. What is the refund policy?

A. All cancellations must be in writing and can  be made ONLY by the bride or person responsible for ordering the cake. Cancellations must be done 2 weeks before the delivery or event date. Any payments over the non-refundable deposit will be fully refunded. 

Q. Do you do fresh flowers on my wedding cake?

A. Fresh flowers must be EDIBLE. Many flowers are poisonous and  contaminated with pesticides and bacteria. Flowers can taint the cake and make your guest very ill. It is your responsibility to  check  with your florist to ensure that the flowers you order are safe for the cake. I provide handmade sugar paste flowers that are beautiful and safe that you may choose.

Q. What size cake will I need?

A. That depends on the number of guest. You also want to consider how big of an impact you want your cake to be. You must also consider how large is the cake area where the cake will be displayed. Is the cake high a priority for you?  Is the cake a grand centerpiece? I will be more than happy to assist you in determining the size of your cake.

Q. Is the top tier included in the cake serving?

A. Your top tier is the anniversary tier. This tier is complimentary for the couple to safe for their first anniversary. You will be provided with a box and freezing instructions, on how to properly preserve your cake. This will ensure the cake will taste as good as the day of the wedding.
